To determine the amount of calories burned while doing Aerobics, that includes: Step Aerobics; Water Aerobics; Low Impact Aerobics; and High Impact Aerobics; enter in your weight, in pounds, and the length of time in minutes you worked out. Once the fields are filled out click the Compute Calories Burned button.
