Introduction If you are an experienced dieter, you can be forgiven for rolling your eyes at a name like the new Lifestyle Diet. After all, every diet plan that you take on is a new lifestyle in one sense or another and since every single diet ever created has the habit of promising the moon, the lucrative new lifestyle concept is not one that is specific to this diet. In fact, none of the scientific ideas contained within this diet are original. Like so many things however, it is not the content but rather the presentation that matters and the way the New Lifestyle Diet approaches the problem of weight loss has the potential to be helpful for a number of different people. | Add as favourites (13) | Quote this article on your site | Views: 652 |

Introduction It looks as though those “…for dummies” books are going to have some competition from the Internet, starting with this Idiot Proof Diet. The makers of the diet claim that through using the principles outlined in the diet, you can lose 9 pounds in 11 days. Furthermore, the creators claim that you will not actually have to feel like you are on a diet or count calories during that time period because the foods that you will eat will be consumed in such a way as to keep the calories burning throughout the 11 day period of time. There are many Idiot Proof Diet reviews out there that have both negative and positive things to say about it, but one thing that will set this particular Idiot Proof Diet review apart from the others is that we will explain the central tenant of this diet in detail before reviewing it. This is important because this tenant is the supposed reason that no calorie counting or hardcore diet and exercise are required. It is a principle known as calorie shifting and it is essential that you understand the principle in order to make an educated decision as to whether you are going to purchase this product or not. Introduction The Special K Diet is easily one of the most publicized diets in the entire country. This is because Special K’s makers do have the dough to throw behind an intense marketing campaign and it is that campaign that has brought this particular challenge to the eyes of many people. The claim is essentially that you can easily lose six pounds within two weeks by going with the Special K Diet, a claim that needs to be vigorously analyzed in order to discover exactly how much of it is truth and how much of it is gross exaggeration. | Add as favourites (25) | Quote this article on your site | Views: 2839 |

There have been a number of questions regarding the 3 day diet in recent times. The three day diet is a fad diet, meaning that there is no real scientific evidence behind whether a 3 day diet plan can work. However, there is anecdotal evidence regarding the success of 3 day diets in the form of many people that tried a particular 3 day heart diet or 3 day tuna diet and ended up better off for the experience. The results of many of these different diets can only be viewed in that anecdotal context because the 3 day apple diet that worked for someone might not work for someone else and likewise you might end up feeling extremely sick with the 3 day cardiac diet and then a week later find out that you actually lost 10 pounds through the use of the 3 day chemical breakdown diet.
