What is Body Confidence?

Body Confidence by Mark MacDonald was created to help people stabilize their blood sugar levels and reach long-term weight loss goals. Once people begin losing weight and getting healthier, they will start to feel more confident in their bodies.

In order to achieve their goals, MacDonald recommends that people:

  • Eat several meals a day at consistent intervals - When people eat every three or four hours, they are less likely to have sugar cravings. Additionally, they will have the fuel they need to exercise and complete other tasks throughout the day.
  • Eat the right number of calories at each meal - Additional meals create an additional responsibly. People can't increase their meals without counting calories. MacDonald puts an emphasis on calorie counting so people don't go over the recommended amount of calories when they increase the number of meals they eat each day.
  • Eat the right ratio of protein, fat and carbohydrates - MacDonald states that it is important that people eat the right balance of foods. Because of that, he explains how much of each type of food people need to eat throughout the day.

Fitness by Mark MacDonald

Body Confidence by Mark MacDonald doesn't just include guidelines for eating. MacDonald's book also includes a fitness routine. The book focuses on cardio and strength training exercises. People can choose exercises based on their long-term goals, and then follow the plan to reach those goals. The flexibility allows people to build the type of bodies they want to have.

Reaching Goals with Body Confidence

In addition to helping people diet and exercise, the book Body Confidence by Mark MacDonald also helps readers set goals, eliminate stress and find balance in their lives. These things help people transform their lives. Body Confidence is not just about losing weight. It's about making life changes so people can be healthier and happier for the rest of their lives.

Not Going Without

People can make these life changes without eliminating certain types of food from their diets. If you love pasta, you can still eat pasta, as long as you eat the right number of calories and balance your foods properly. In addition, you can still drink alcohol when you're on this plan. The program doesn't focus on deprivation. You can have what you want to have, but you have to learn how to manage it.

Body Confidence by Mark MacDonald provides people with the tools they need to make long-term changes. MacDonald understands that losing weight isn't just about restricting calories and exercising. If people are going to be successful, they have to learn how to set and achieve goals. Because of that, he helps people go through each step as they move toward healthier lives.
