Biggest Loser Meal Plan Review

Introduction

The Biggest Loser Meal Plan is yet another attempt from this franchise to cash in big on the success that they have had.  This time, it is with a meal plan that is supposed to help you lose a lot of weight.  There are definitely some good points to this plan, but is it really everything it is billed as?  Read our reviews and decide for yourself.

Eliminating the nasty parts of dieting

If you talked to a group of people that have dieted before, some successfully and some without much luck, the one thing that annoys them most about the whole thing might be the fact that they had to count calories.  Dieting is based in making sure that you consume fewer calories that you burn so that you can get rid of a lot of that excess weight.  The Biggest Loser Meal Plan actually goes ahead and delivers all of these meals directly to your door, allowing you not only to forget about counting calories, but also forget about cooking as well.

In this part of the review, nothing but positive things can be said about this plan because it is executed very effectively.  You can choose between options for five days and seven days and then select the meals that you’d like to eat from those options.  The meals will get delivered right to your door based on your selections and as long as you stick to the meal plan you can rest assured that you are consuming what you need to consume without having to count or cook anything.  That part is great.

Unreasonable expectations

Like many of the designer fitness products available online, the not so great part about The Biggest Loser Meal Plan is that it suffers from unreasonable expectations.  Although they don’t come out and say it plainly, there is a strong implication from the wording of this website that you can eat your way to physical fitness.  There are success stories there from people that have lost dozens of pounds from just this meal plan alone.

Is this entirely true?  Probably not.  The meals will definitely give you a delicious morsel with the calories that can help you burn fat, but being able to lose 60 pounds over the course of 8 weeks is not only next to impossible through just a diet, it can actually be dangerous to your health.  If you are exercising regularly along with this diet that is another thing, but people that lose 60 pounds over 8 weeks through just a change in diet are people that are usually not doing a healthy thing.

Final Thoughts

The Biggest Loser Meal Plan is efficient, effective, brilliant in execution and delivers delicious and healthy meals right to your door.  However, if you do nothing but go on this meal plan, you should not expect a huge change.  You will lose 1-2 pounds every week on average if you have an average unhealthy lifestyle, but there’s nothing wrong with that.  For many though, the high expense of more than $500 per month for this meal plan might be a deal-breaker and is therefore problematic.
