   Hello, I love this belt!!! as soon as I put it on automatically I start to feel the heat and sweat. Especially at work!! because I'm on my feet for 8 hours straight at the hospital. Lifting, bending and pulling for 8 hours with the belt on!!! just say I have to bring a extra pair of srcubs...

   It Works people. I can tell you that it really works, I sweat all around my belly especially when I ride my bike. I recently started to just put the belt on and go to work. i work with kids and I do not sweat that much at work but I feel the support. i like it. its mind over matter for me.

   Poorly made product. I bought it for Christmas and used it only a few times before it developed two tears (where they sew the velcro on to the belt). I am not a heavy guy, but it seems like when you pull it around your waist, that motion does have an effect on the tears along the velcro section. If this item was under $10.00, I could understand the poor workmanship, but it does cost more.

   I'm 18 years old...and gained a lot of weight since birth control...i went up to my dad's house this year and he had got me this product and i can actually say i been wearing it since i got it and I'm loving the result. really happy i can start back wearing bikini's in the spring time..and it does work while you sleep cause i do everything in mines only time i take it off is shower and to wipe the sweat off :D!well i'll keep y'all updated because this product is working for me

   i bought the belt ive used it 2 times and i can definetly say that it makes you sweat in the belly area i love it i walk 5 days a week 45 minutes at a time ill keep you posted as to how much weight i lose!

   Just bought this yesterday at CVS for 9.99 (comes with everything but the DVD). I've already been using it and can definitely feel "the burn". But remember, just wearing this is not enough, you need proper diet and exercise to make it work. And stick to it, the one benefit of true diet and exercise is a gain in self control and self confidence.

    people, don't be fooled by a gimmick like this.Save your money and get a gym membership, consult with your doctor, hire a personal trainer, hire a dietician. When you spend $20 on one of these fad gizmos you're being played. You're paying a gullibility tax. Why do you think these things and the companies that sell them pop up one year and disappear by the next? You're never going to make the progress you want, never achieve your goals if you keep falling for these scams.

    Today i used my belly burner for the first time, and i could definetly feel the burn! I rode my bike heavily for about 40 minutes, thats how i believe it helps..only if you do good exercising!

    Basically, this is just a neoprene belt with celebrity endorsement. Does it work? i cant say as i haven't used the Belly Burner specifically, but i have used other neoprene belts. The neoprene belts make you sweat heavily around the stomach area which helps purge "water weight". As for actual fat loss I can't say. I used a standard neoprene belt while trying to lose weight to join the army (didn't work, i just couldn't lose enough) and lost like 14 pounds in two weeks but it was just water weight and not fat. hope this helps someone.

    I have worn these devices since they were invented by olympic weightlifting coaches in the late 60's. At first I thought I could wear it with regular clothes, but it made me sweat too much. If one exercises as one should wearing this or similiar device (perhaps for less money), it keeps the blood in the lower back and stomach which helps heal injuries and burn fat throughout the core.     There's alot of bad press about this product online from critics who haven't used the product themselves. If you have ever worn a back support belt when moving or lifting weights you will notice that the core area gets sweaty. This product works if you wear it during phyiscal activities or around the house. It will make your core area sweat and tighten your abdominal area which in turn helps with your posture and tricks your body into thinking that it is full by constricting your stomach area. In order to see the most benefits from this product you should wear it during intense workouts for a period of 2 weeks (i.e. biking, running, weights). You will notice a difference trust me.

    You really think the Belly Burner is "worth" a try? Normal weight lifting belts provide greater support for around the same money and you cannot spot reduce. You'll lose weight from all over your body EVENLY.

    My husband bought this for me on christmas but i had just had my baby and recently i made the decision to join the airforce and i havent quiet finished losing all of my baby weight so i put it on while i clean and take care of my almost 1 year old. and now my husband and i are running together and you definitly feel the burn or at least i did anyway. (just remember to clean the sweat off it) i felt like my stomach was tighter when i took it off. so now when i do my yoga im going to wear it too. yay hope everyone sees success with this product to i give it two thumbs up!!

    Yes worth it...but you will also need to workout and diet...you can wear it all day under clothes and you really feel the heat...but I also walk and do sit ups and have lost 3 inches in my ab area

    I saw the 2hour commercial on this Belly Burner, & at one point it said burn calories while you sleep or do daily things, that is what got me to want to get it. I am not sure to waste money on it or not. I am asking for opinions on people who have used it though. I have scoliosis (a crooked spine) and I have broken my right wrist and both ankles before (one at a time). It is very hard for me to exercise daily and since all these have happened, it is hurts for me to exercise. Now over the period of me in the hospital and not being able to walk, I

    I know there's alot of negativty about this product but like i say and people do say not every exercise helper helps you lose weight because every bodies different. I lost 50 lbs in 3 Months! I know thats not alot but it gives me a positive outlook on life now i still cont. to use it. FYI: you have to exercise with this belt and be active its not a sit on your butt belt
