The Gourmet Menu is the highest valued and most popular.  It also includes 3 meals, 2 snacks, and one treat everyday, where you will choose from 40 meals, 28 snacks, and 14 treats.  An example day with this menu is:  a Denver-style omelet with peppers and turkey ham, wheat bread, and an orange for breakfast; chili beef steak, sautéed vegetables, candied sweet potatoes, and feta cheese for lunch; an Asian duck breast salad topped with citrus vinaigrette, and greens for dinner; baby carrots and ranch for one snack and cashews for another; and chocolate chips for a treat.  All of this will only cost $29.95 a day.

A Separate Option for the 3-Hour Diet

The 3-Hour Diet also has another option where you can do everything online.  This features a Meal Planner that is created to be customized for you.  There are thousands of options that you can choose from for your meals, and you will have advanced features that will help you to take control of the things that you eat.

There are 6 different menus that you can choose from when you are deciding what you will want during the week, which include Meat Lovers, Carb Lovers, Healthy Heart, Vegetarians, Fast Food, and Dessert.  Each day you choose 3 meals, 2 snacks, and one dessert.

From the Meat Lovers menu, you can choose to have a turkey, bacon, and egg wrap for breakfast, a grilled Reuben with a bean salad for lunch, and fillet mignon with blue cheese, a baked potato, and mixed vegetables for dinner.  For snacks in between you could have a small brownie after breakfast and some string cheese after lunch.  Then after dinner you could indulge yourself with some delicious chocolate cake.

All of the different meals cater to certain types of foods. On the Carb Lovers menu you will find pastas and pizzas, whereas on the Healthy Heart menu you will find choices that are healthier to eat for your heart.  The Fast Food menu is very popular for those of you who like to eat on the run.  For example, you could go by McDonald's in the morning to pick up an Egg McMuffin, medium fruit, and 1% milk.  Other great places like Subway and KFC are also included on this menu.

  2. This diet realllllly works! I started this diet on Wed, June 15th weighin in at 157.0 pounds and today is Fri Jun 17 I weigh 149.0 pounds (losing 8 pounds). I followed the diet exactly. I substituted the tuna for cottage cheese, the bread for crackers, and the ate cabbage instead of broccoli. I bought the Glory Foods brand in the can because of the flava. I love this diet! Stick to it and you will acheive your goal. Another thing, I dranked water instead of having the caffeine. I want to get back to 125 pounds! I will do it! Talk to you when I get to my 125 pounds ya'll!

I'd suggest doing a little research on it first to be sure you know wth you are talking about: Cortisol (hydrocortisone) is a steroid hormone, or glucocorticoid, produced by the adrenal gland.[1] It is released in response to stress and a low level of blood glucocorticoids. Its primary functions are to increase blood sugar through gluconeogenesis; suppress the immune system; and aid in fat, protein and carbohydrate metabolism

  5. To Kyra: Actually hydrocortisone is a steroid hormone which in excess can cause weight gain, therefore reducing it will lead to weight loss :)
  6. the one and only diet that worked for me was to tell myself I need to EAT TO LIVE, NOT LIVE EAT. I HAD TO REMIND MYSELF AT LEAST TEN TIMES A DAY TO START BUT ONCE IT SUNK IN, IT REALLY SUNK IT AND BECAME A PART OF MY NATURAL THINKING PROCESS AND NOW I AM 122 LBS LIGHTER AND ITS A WAY OF LIFE FOR ME, NO LONGER A DIET. BEST FOODS I USED WERE TUNA IN TUNA SALAD ON LETTUCE BED, EGGS IN OMELETE, NOT JUST BY SELF, GRAPEFRUIT AND APPLES.....TONS OF WATER....snacks were apples or grapfruit and the apples i would dip in a tad of peanut butter just to cut the boredom....FISH, ANY KIND, MADE ANY WAY, YES, EVEN FRIED.BUT BAKED OR GRILLED GIVES BETTER RESULTS....AND LOT OF SALAD..... I HAD ONE APPLE WITH PEANUT BUTTER DIPPED 3X A DAY, grapefruits were usually eaten upon rising and before meals also. by the time you eat one apple, one grapefruit and have your 8oz water, you are not very hungry for a meal....remember most.....mind over matter.....eat to live, not live to eat.....if it worked for me, it will for you.....AND TAKE A WALK TO A LAKE, REFLECT WHY YOU ARE THERE, TO GET AWAY FROM THE MONKEY ON YOUR BACK CALLED FOOD.....LOOK AROUND YOU, TAKE IN NATURE, BREATHE THE FRESH AIR.....ENJOY LIFE, DO NOT DIE DUE TO FOOD ADDICTIONS.....YOU ARE BETTER THAN THAT..   7. "those who eat small meals frequently are able to decrease their levels of hydrocortisone by over 17%" Hydrocortisone is a cream used to releave itching....not something found in the body that relates to fat loss. I'm having a hard time finding this credible when it says something like that.
