Mediterranean Diet Review based on the Mediterranean diet pyramid
Summary
Well, first of all we need to say that there is no such thing as a Mediterranean Diet. The Mediterranean Sea is surrounded by at least 16 countries, and there are many different cultures, ethnic backgrounds, religion, economies and agricultural procedures thus resulting in different diets. However, there is a pattern in the so called Mediterranean diet: high consumption of fruits, vegetables, bread, potatoes and beans. Olive oil is an important monosaturated fat source. Fish and poultry are consumed in moderate amounts and almost no red meat is eaten. Wine is consumed in low to moderate amounts.See our other weight loss reviews. | Add as favourites (23) | Quote this article on your site | Views: 540 |

The major downfall with many diet plans is the hunger that is created when food intake is reduced. The Cookie Diet, by Dr. Siegel, has been around since 1975 and offers a very real solution to a common problem. The Cookie Diet is simple, eat cookies and lose more weight . The foundation of the Cookie Diet are the cookies that have been formulated by Dr. Siegel to stamp out the hunger associated with dieting and exercise. It is very common for the dieter who incorporates exercise to overeat after a workout because the muscles of the body tell the brain that they need more food to recover from the exercise that was just completed. The Cookie Diet helps to remove this “need” for food and replace the control over eating back with the person who is dieting. | Add as favourites (35) | Quote this article on your site | Views: 3479 |

Detox Diet Reviews
Many people in the world are looking for a way to be healthier. A lot of us do not get the right nutrition, vitamins, and so forth to be healthy. When this happens, toxins that are in the air, water, and food that we take in every day can get built up and stored in the fat cells of our bodies. This can cause people to have health issues like indigestion, bad breath, fatigue, poor skin, bad breath, and muscle pain. It may also be the cause of nutritional deficiency, an imbalance in hormones, problems with your immune system, and a less active metabolism. Going on a detox diet is something that can help prevent these issues from happening. See Also our other Exercise Reviews and Weight Loss Reviews .
