Overview
We are all familiar with the cosmetic benefits of liposuction, but we may not be aware of the dangers of liposuction. It might be helpful to review first the procedures that are included in liposuction. Since it is considered body sculpting or contouring, this means that it can be applied to any area or part of the body such as the abdomen, thighs, legs, arms, buttocks, hips, etc. Some liposuction can be done under a local anesthetic, while others may require general anesthesia. People frequently opt for liposuction simply because it is very popular, but they don’t take the time to consider the dangers of liposuction and the risks that are involved. | Add as favourites (44) | Quote this article on your site | Views: 1577 |

We live in a busy world and lead hectic lives, and many of us, at one time or another, want to know how to fight fat and win. There is an abundance of information on the Internet about weight loss and fitness programs, weight loss pills, herbal supplements, and diet plans. But, where do we begin to fight fat and win? Where do we fit an exercise program in our schedule; do we have time to enroll in a 30 to 90-day program, and can we afford it? When the weekends come, most of us want to relax, and exercise may not be our idea of doing so. Then too, with some diet pills, we know there are side effects and risks. How do we know which ones are safe to use? Many of us find the abundance of information overwhelming, and we choose not to attempt the battle to fight fat and win. Sometimes, it feels like it’s hardly worth the effort, and we give up before we begin to fight fat and win. | Add as favourites (53) | Quote this article on your site | Views: 2575 |

Overview: Natural herbal weight loss products are effective and proven to be safer than other popular stimulant-type dietary supplements. Most herbal weight loss products include one or more herbs that aid in appetite control, fat-burning capabilities, and/or assist in boosting your metabolism. As with any new diet plan, consult your physician before beginning an herbal weight loss program. | Add as favourites (53) | Quote this article on your site | Views: 1157 |

Phentermine Background:
Phentermine has probably the longest history of all the diet and weight loss supplements on the market today. Phentermine contains hydrochloride, a chemical that is used as an appetite suppressant, and the FDA approved it in 1959 after a series of laboratory tests were performed on rats. It was put on the market in the 1970’s and 20 years later, it was combined with another product, Fenfluramine. This product, known as Fen-Phen, was taken off the shelves in 1998, however, after an estimated 30% of consumers exhibited heart valve abnormalities.
