I haven't try it before. I take a pill only when got fever. I think it does much help you to loss your weight while taking a pill supplement. It is take time to reduce.

I always fear taking supplement pills to lose weight. It will never cease my mind that when you take supplemental pills or whatever pills it may be, there will always be bad effects to it. I'd rather prefer herbal supplements because it is much safer.

Phentermine is one of them but you should control as not to overdose taking the pills. It actually acts as a appetite suppressant and is best combined with exercise to achieve desired results

from my opinion the weight loss pills can be of many types targeting one of the cause of weight loss. They can be for fat cut or stabilizing ur appetite etc. So the same looking pills can have or can work on different point of weight loss.
