I am Labud , and i am new on this forum , i would like to help those people who need really help loosing weight !!!
this is my story when i start working out!!!
4 years ago , when i came to the united states , i was only 120 pounds and after that cpl months pass i start drinking so much of soda , eating all kinda food , and after a year i look at my self on the mirror i was damn me (whats wrong with me i was healthy boy ) and now i am fat - ugly ass , and i told my self i ll be healthy again. I start working out , doing exercise but i got some changes but not alot, i was tireed of doing exercise and running and i got sick , i went to the hospital and the doctor told me that i need to rest , i came home i was just sitting there on my computer eating again and i gain all those pounds i loose and much more. When i turn 18 years old last year i start working out again and still do , i loose so much weight , but i eat only vegetables, fruit, i run 8 miles a day , now i am really healthy and my sport is soccer i play soccer hold time , please if anybody needs help about loosing weight ask here i would like to help anyone. I ll tell you exactly what you need to do , to loose weight.
I am sick of it , watching tv and all those machines that u will loose weight on them , thats not true , they just wanna people to buy those stupid machines..
friends ! listen to me ! loosing weight is not easy you need to work hard and don't lie ur self, when u say i am not eating fast food anymore don't do it , try without ice cream , or anything with sugar , sodas. i did and so you can do it too
