Here i got 2 tips that i can share with you all. This TIPS is what i do to myself.

1) Do not have a dinner. Just take a supper.(If it is effect plese do not do this)
2) Do not sleep after 30-60 minutes after you take a meal. .
3) Train yourself to take Mineral Water / Sky Juice. Do not always take a water with sugar while you in your Lunch.
4) Do a jogging when you have free time. Suggested once a week to burn you fat. Otherwise please doing some exercise for you body and you health.

Cool tips yet are these really guaranteed? I tried avoiding having dinner and it seems the more I avoid, the more I crave for more. Maybe it is just in one's determination, eh?

Please correct me but is there any difference between supper and dinner?

Yes. I have prcatice this. And its working for me.
Dinner is maybe on 7-9pm . Then you take some rice, meat, chicken and so on. Supper is light dinner. Maybe you just take a some tea an biscuits/cookies and so on.

Oh yes your second tip is what I follow
2) Do not sleep after 30-60 minutes after you take a meal. . I just take rest for 15 mins after taking my meal daily
