Why do you want to take hoodia? I'd consider doing a real stable diet instead. Give us a bit more information about yourself and your goals, maybe we can give you some better solid advice.

why you go for Hoodia, if your want to loss weight i think before that you have to try some natural method for weight loss, like you have to take care about your diet, mens how much calories you need , and how much you take, or use some exercise to loss weight join gym etc. .................................................. Fit over 40 Negative calorie diet
