Hello everyone. I started the P90 program recently but for about 4 months before that the following was my regular breakfast.
In a blender mix:
1) Half a banana
2) 3 whole strawberries
3) 12-15 blueberries
4) 2 tablespoons of light yogurt
5) 1 Tablespoon of flax seed
6) 1 large scoop of whey protein
7) 1/2-1 cup of either oats or grapenuts cereal.
8) Enough skim milk to cover the above.
(On Sundays I reward a good week of eating and working out by adding 15 dark chocolate chips.
It actually tastes VERY good, and it's something I can drink on my way to work along with my coffee. Now the first few days I ate this I crapped like a christmas goose, but now it's routine. It's fast and easy and I feel it is healthy. My goal is to lose fat as I have enough muscle it's just covered up.
So what do you think, good after workout on the go breakfast?
