Stay away from junk food, and eating late at night.
Drink plenty of water evenly through the day, eight or more glasses total. As soon as you wake up try and drink 16 ounces of cold water. Drinking water is one of the most rapid weight loss tips that dieticians suggest to people.

Those are great tips, but there really is more to it than just not eating junk food and drinking plenty of water. Proper nutrition and exercise along with daily supplements, really are the building blocks to getting in shape and losing weight.

It all starts in the kitchen with your diet but it ends with hard high intensity workouts. If you want to burn fat fast you need to eat extremely healthy and workout hard(harder doesn't mean longer in some cases) but this is only if you need to lose it fast. Otherwise losing fat should be steady and healthy.

3 ways to lose weight quickly:

1. The four-day diet

First Day
Breakfast: 1 orange 2 hard boiled eggs 1 cup of black coffee.
Lunch: soaked in water.
Dinner: 1 egg 1 orange.

Second Day
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee a piece of low-fat cheese.
Lunch: 1 egg 1 orange.
Dinner: 1 pear 1 cup of milk.

Third Day
Breakfast: 1-2 cups of tea.
Lunch: 1pomidor 1 cucumber piece of cheese.
Dinner: 1 cup of milk.

Fourth day
Breakfast: cereal in juice or milk.
Dinner: 1 cucumber 1 tomato.
Dinner: 2 oranges.

2. Grapefruit Diet

Breakfast: half a grapefruit, boiled egg, a slice of rye bread, coffee or tea with lemon.

Lunch: half a grapefruit, two eggs, hard boiled, coffee or tea with lemon.

Dinner: half a grapefruit, two boiled eggs. Tea with lemon.

3. Cottage cheese and bananas

Day 1 and 3

Breakfast: and dinner: 120 g cottage cheese, 1 grapefruit.
Lunch: 120 g cottage cheese, 1 slice of melon.

Day 2 and 4

Breakfast: a banana, a glass of skim milk.
Lunch: banana, a boiled egg.
Dinner: 200 g steak, 2 bananas.

This thread appears to be for really fast weight loss in a short period of time, say you had an evening dress you couldn't quite fit into and HAD to wear in a week...that type of diet..
