How many of you prefer to go to gym? 9 Months, 1 Week ago	Karma: 0
As topic suggests....How many of you prefer to go gym instead of doing exercise in the home? I always prefer to go to the gym because I am bit lazy to do it in home and it is good to go in gym and have some exercise under the observations of professional trainers. What do you do?

well i prefer doin exercise @ home only. it saves time & as well as money . a 45 mins workout is good enough for me.

Yeah same with me as now some of the equipment also we can get cheaper so its better for just doing at home. It save you a lot and at the same time can spent your time with your parents.

I preffered on Doing Exercise outside. Its more efficent rather taht using Gym equipment. Exercise outside you also got refreshing air and it is good for you breath too.
