I heard hot water and lemon (or lemon juice) helps lose weight, has anybody tried this?

And what part helps you lose weight, the hot water or the lemon?

So if i had cold water, would it work?

I think i must take hot water and lemon juice. This 2 thing will help you to lose your weight. Many people out there has implement this. But its more on Lemon Juice.
