Hey guys. I'm still alive and kicking. It's been two busy weeks for me. Work from 6-5 and the program right after. Usually drained by the end of my work day but I push through. Just thought I'd update. Now to get ready for this 3-day weekend

Haha its good to know people are still "Pressing Play" in our group. It got so quite, i was afraid i was the only one left!
Doing a challenge with some friends of mine to get fit together. The winner gets a pot of 500$. I'm pushing my limits and just to be safe i got myself a heart rate monitor this friday. The group is fine but when you have friends and family joining in to get fit, i'm so eager to start the next workout and "Bring it!" ‘Dream, believe, achieve’ |

Yea no doubt. My uncles and brother where doing it with me. My brother was in second phase of the program and broke his jaw and my uncles quit out like the second week haha. Now it's just me till my brother recovers. But anyways, todays round was awesome. Pushing through the beggining has really payed off. Now for plyo tomarrow

How did he break his jaw, in a p90x workout?
I'm a day ahead of you here in Australia, did my plyo today 31/5. I've never felt like this before maybe its the cold/flu i have atm. The heart rate monitor was already at 150 during warm up! LOL. Kept going harder at it though. Oh i'm happy to report lost 3.5kg's already since i started. Awesome feeling seeing results in the unpredictable scale. I do feel leaner a nit and my arms are showing clean definition. Keep pushing play! |
