Crushed Plyo last night. Was ahead of everyone on the screen. Arms up for squat jacks and mary katherines. Nailed it. Now if I can only hold crane for the whole minute for Yoga this week.
Tonight I'm going to switch to bands for shoulders and arms. |

Nice job on the plyo Eda.
Kind of a slow start to the week for me. My 10 miler on Tuesday ended with a thud, and the general malaise carried over into a lack-luster plyo session. Today, I headed out to the trails for a 13 miler. Feeling great and really attacking the trails until I hit the large hill to make it out of the park. Luckily I was too far from home to bag the rest, so I slogged back home. I was wavering a bit on Arms and Shoulders, but I'm glad I got into it. Once I hit the chair dips, I was rolling and that lead into a solid ARX session as well. Hopefully I can get some momentum going through Yoga |

Had to do arms this evening, 9:30 to 11:00pm train.
Feels good though not to skip one. Going for 6 hours sleep and then yoga. Hope the body is ready for all 1.5 hours. had to travel today, sushi for lunch, avacado and crab meat. salad for dinner. Diet going well, lots of water, soda free for 10 days now and have had 2 full cups of coffee. I was drinking 2 cups a morning. |

Yoga X first time completed. yoga belly 7 was very challenging. Long workout, and felt like I was sweating more than plyo.

Did shoulders and arms on Wednesday. Used a little weight on my left arm. Kept the weights low to make sure I didn't injure my shoulder. Focused on form and squeezing my reps at the top of a rep.
Did Yoga last night. Life got in the way, so had to stop halfway through Yoga Belly seven. Halfmoon and standing splits are getting easier. Did a few Vinyasas but stopped when the shoulder felt tweaky. Not taking any chances. Held plank most of the time. Mailbox, you are crazy with all that running and doing P90X. I hope you're eating allot. |

legs and back today. Next week of back I am going to the bands. I think my form on the pullup bad is really slacking and my arms are failing before my back does. Need to get a door thing for the bands.
Yoga put the most hurt on the day after than anything else so far. I am totally wiped out today. |
