Yep...switching around the workouts is a MUCH better alternative than skipping them

I'm a week behind. Something tweaked in my hip flexors, and I wasn't able to run and ended up taking the week to try to recover. Felt fine on the run today, so I'm hoping it won't recur.
Back and Bicepts today went great- probably my favorite non-plyo workout. |

Back and Biceps is allot of fun. Did Kenpo yesterday. I have to remind myself that the real purpose behind Kenpo is ballistic stretching of all the muscles that have been used. Cardio is just a side affect. Kenpo is so easy compared to Plyo or Core. |

So I was supposed to do X Stretch yesterday and I just couldn't do it. I did Cardio X instead.
During my first round, I would get to recovery week and be thankfull of the two stretch days. Round 2 injuries have slowed my ability to "bring it" so I'm not sore at all. I'm starting to get bored with the series so I'm going to move some videos around for the last month. I'm replacing Yoga with Core and replacing Kenpo with Cardio X. I'm sitting at 12.4% bodyfat and I want to be under 10% by the end of the month. |

Dang EDA2 we think alike i just couldnt do xstrech .....so i did cardio x .......also im doing a hybrid with insanity........im not down like that with body fat but my weight is down to 219 from 233 at the start
