Starting tonight... question for all of you... I have to workout after work, wanted to know if y'all think it's better to workout an hour before dinner...or an hour after dinner?
Also woke up this morning with runny nose...throat issues... so typical that this would happen today of all days..... but I won't let it get me... as long as this cold doesn't produce a fever I am pushing through..

I am also starting today. You should be fine with one hour after you eat dinner. Except for Plyo! You will feel sick if you don't wait a little after you eat when you are doing Plyo.

I am doing lean and I am hoping to lose 30lbs.

Hello all. I'm from the other forum that started on the first also. Thought I would just jump between the two to get the most out of this website.

So, day 2 down. Gotta love plyo. Girlfriend got me a heart rate monitor and it says I burned 1090 calories during this workout. Max heart rate of 186, and an average, including the warmup and cool down, of 166. Haven't even begun the diet, but am planning on hitting the market tonight. Hope everyone else has a good day. ENJOY!

I did Plyo last night for the first time and I definitely would not want to do it after dinner. I like to get my workouts in before dinner but I think either will work. I think the important thing is choose a schedule and stick to it. Off to a good start keep it up everyone.

After plyo I went out and bought a cheap heart rate monitor from Walmart, actually looking forward to next week because of it haha. Hopefully its somewhat accurate. Let me know how everyone's legs feel after plyo.... mine are still killing me and I'm about to start the Yoga-X. Walking around the factory I work at last night, felt like an old old man
