I will be finishing my first round of P90X in two days and I want to start round two. How long should I wait before I start round two?

I waited two weeks. I read that you start to lose muscle if you wait longer. The two weeks off is a nice break. I am in week 6 of round 2 now. Hopefully I will make it to the end of this round. Congrats in advance for finishing round one!
