Hi guys

I have nearly completed P90x the second times round. got just another 4 weeks to go. After I have complete this was thinking of doing Tony Hortons one on one training. There is about i think 2 volumes of this so far and i think there might be 15 workouts so far. A new workout comes out each month. Have any of you done this can you recommend it? Also i really am confused if there is any other program i should do next? I dont want to stop now because as time has gone on i have really got addicted to working out, please please help!

time to come up with a hybrid plan to push yourself further.

google p90x hybrid. you can start mixing insanity, p90x+, one on ones, other weight training programs.

other people have come up with good plans based on the p90x schedule that incorporate different workouts to achieve various goals (mass, lean, endurance, etc)

I'd recommend Plyo Legs, Fountain of Youth Yoga, and there's a few others that are really good too.

Plyo Legs is like Plyometrics & Legs and back combined, but without the back.

FOY Yoga is a great replacement for Yoga X; it's shorter (45 minutes total) and it goes by very fast, but you still feel it!

After P90X I dropped my workout days down to around 4-5 days a week. I just stuck Plyo Legs where Plyometrics should be, got rid of Legs & Back, and moved Yoga to the last day of the week (Fountain of Youth Yoga), and it seemed to work really well for me.

I have several of Tony's One on One workouts and I love them. I think some of them are better than the P90X workouts. Can't predict how good the news ones will be when they come out but the ones that are out I have either used and like or I have heard excellent things about them. You could also just do the Insanity program. I have done that as well and it is TOUGH. Certainly a nice challenge to take on after P90X is done.
