I am about 15 days from the first finish line. I had a talk with the wife to let her in that I am planning on doing this for another cycle. She about fell out of her chair. I am feeling like the A&E folks may come by soon with the Intervention show.

She straight out told me that I was not allowed to bulk up any more. It is funny that I was an XL shirt starting out. I went down to a big medium/small large during phase 2, now my shoulders/chest are too big for the Large and I need the XL again!! Not that she is complaining when we go to the pool.

I am totally cool with that. Anyway, now to the point:
I am thinking of making a super-cardio workout calender. I am not sure of the exact order. But I am thinking Plyo/Ab Ripper, Yoga, Kempo/Ab Ripper, Core, CardioX/Ab Ripper. Repeat for 3 weeks, then do a classic resistance week. Kind of a reverse classic plan.

I am really looking to drop the fat weight for the second round.

What do the veterans think?? If we like it, I may even change the workout calendar spreadsheet to reflect the proposed plan.

I'm almost in the middle of the second go around. I haven't changed much other than lifting a little heavier weights and doing the harder push-ups etc. I'm still losing weight and building muscles so I'm not going to change anything at the moment. If I did more cardio I would prob lose more weight faster and prob muscles. I do think since your body has gone through the 90 days, the second go round you will see better results. I know I have seen some amazing results so far.

I still believe my diet is contributing 60 or 70% of the results. If I wasn't following my diet plan I would have prob quit after the first go around.

I am definitely not looking to drop out. But both me and the wife are looking for more weight / fat loss rather than increasing muscle bulk. I have a tendency to bulk up when I lift any weights. It is a good thing, and a bad thing I guess.

I am going to mess with building a calendar this week and I will post it to see if it makes sense.

your super cardio schedule looks good I think you're missing another Plyo right in the middle.

are you following the diet because as you can see from my pix there wasn't much of a change for me and I attribute it to the lack of structured diet.
If you're already following the diet or something similar then your super cardio will be very beneficial imo

I am not following the diet plan. Unfortunately, I am not getting that level of support from the wife and it is plain and simple too hard to be cooking 2 sets of meals with all of the other stuff in life.

I am eating within the guidelines however as far as calories for my weight. And I am eating pretty clean with the weekend exceptions. But even then, I am very prudent with my choices.

I am sure on the plan, I would be 5-10# lighter now, but I am cool with where I have come.

Generally, I can overcome the diet obstacle with cardio. I am agreeing with you as for as Plyo is concerned. Maybe I will drop Core (as I am working abs already 3 times) and put Plyo in there for a 2nd time in the week. Given that Yoga and Cardio involves core/abs, that woudl probably be a smart move anyway to not kill the abs.

I will mess around with it a bit..

Any more feedback is absolutely welcome!!

I mentioned this before but if your bulk up easily from lifting I'm sure your protein intake plays a heavy role on this.
so you might want to lower your protein serving perhaps go from 7 to 5.
