Phase 3 took me about 7 weeks, I basically went into maintenance mode.
I don't know what I'm going to do once i'm at the gym.
I have P90X and P90X Plus on my Ipod so I think I'll just play around with the videos

Call me crazy, but why don't you do like a doubles program? Do the regular p90x workout in the morning and the P90x plus in the evening. Not really sure how the plus works, but if its doable it try being done.

Hi Guys,
You'd almost have to be superhuman to do P90X in the morning and P90X Plus in the evening. I'm starting Phase II of P90X Plus today (lean version) and I can tell you for sure that it's more intense than P90X...hard to believe, but true!!
Some folks have trouble exercising in the morning. The best I can do is 15-20 minutes at a moderate pace on an exercise bike or treadmill. I do it to burn a few calories, but the big workout is in the evening after my muscles and joints are warmer. I suppose you could do the P90X Cardio workout in the morning and P90X Plus in the evening, or try doing X-Stretch or Yoga in the morning...boy, if you did Yoga you'd have to get up EARLY!!!
Still, I have the corpse pose down cold first thing in the AM. All I have to do is add the rest!

I'm taking a break from Tony.
I'm using the gym on a traditional basis with a Men's Health book that I have , but I must say it's boring, last time I tried that I lasted 1 day before going back on P90x for a second round.
I'm determined to give it a week before making any decision by I must say it's really boring.
but I'm sore so at least I'm working hard
I just miss the superset of P90X.
Lean version of P90X Plus sounds good, i am considering bulking up in the winter so I will look into that
