...I see a ball of dust from afar heading towards Sparta. this individual I can't quite make out his features seems to be doing the jump knee tuck which he's alternating with the Monster tires moves. He must be an Arcadian in the making. Wait I think it's Iskarp Addict get a Certificate ready. Kenny get a Round 2 kit ready I'll get the door Sparta Bound!

Look at Les!!! Yes, get that certificate ready.... I did my last Kenpo today!! Final stretch week starts on Saturday!!! See you in Sparta next Friday (May 30th). I am going to work on the Super CardioX program spreadsheets on the plane out to Vegas tonight!! I hope to have it published sometime this weekend or Monday at the latest.
