Ok graduates I've a question for you.
I'm on day 36 of the classic programme and do my w/o's early in the mornings. So far so good.
SOMETIMES at night the planets align, I'm feeling good, the kids are asleep and I think about doubling up. I haven't yet tried Cardio-X but think it might be a good one to throw in as an extra w/o here and there. I'm not looking to mod the classic programme. That I want to be strict with. I just want to do a bit extra occaisionally - but nothing too intense or I won't be good to go the next morning.
Any of you Spartans tried using Cardio-X this way?

Yes we have... Do this when you work out with weights (Chest & Back, etc). Don't do doubles with Plyo for instance. Good luck and keep going!!!

I normaly fit it in once every weekend on day 6 or 7. I used it last week because I was off from work and decided to do a week of Doubles. I used it in the morning before I eat and then did resistance in the evening. I really enjoy it. It is a good mix and it is only 45 mins. long. The best thing is that you already know 98% of the moves by doing the other workouts.
