I know some of you continued on to round 2 of P90x. However, I'm way too busy working three jobs over 7 days a week to push myself through another round.
Have any of you tried different workout videos that you liked? I'm trying not to fall completely off the wagon since I've established a good workout routine. Since I've lined up a full-time, 5 day a week job, starting in August, so I might give it another 90 days in the fall. Right now, I'm looking for workouts under 45 mins, since that is about time I give up on the p90x because I'm tired and I have other things to do. So far, I've tried Jillian's 30 day shred and that thing kicked my butt. If you have recommendations, let me know! Oh and the reason I don't want to modify p90x to fit with my schedule, I'm bound to get bored if I keep doing it. Therefore, I'd rather take a break and pick back up once I have more time and can be 100% committed again. |

Tony Horton's 10 minute program is quite popular these days. 2 ten minute exercises/ day = 20 minutes is all you need to get your body grooving and moving.. Try it. I know couple of my buddies who are into it and they enjoy it..

Since finishing P90X I've been hitting the gym. I research a few "body building" routines and a lot of them are similar to P90X routines. So, I've modified the P90X worksheets (creating my own in Word) and go to the gym. Keeping the same kind of format i.e. Monday - Chest/Back, Tuesday - Cardio, Wed. - Shoulders/Arms ect.
Working for me pretty well. Keeping the definition I gained and still losing weight. After my vacation in October I'm going to be starting Insanity - hopefully. |

I was thinking of doing a combination of the 10 minute trainer, jillian 30 min shred (great workout!) and power 90 which it seems are great shorter workouts (maybe switching each week b/w the various programs).
I am in your boat, where I am almost done with p90x but it was a huge time committment. So for the next couple of months I want to do workouts 5x a week for 45 or less minutes per workout. Plus I want to have a little more variety. |

It's essentially the same moves in less time with less breaks. |
