Dude, 30:15 is so much harder than "just" Chest & Back. Levers? Hellll-o! Granted, there's not a lot of new moves in it but intensity-wise it's top-notch.
And another thing, we need more shameless recovery drink plugs in the P90XMC2. Many, many more. After all, it's the reason I do the workouts. I actually think it would be kind of neat to have the whole crew back to together again for it. As much as we all love to hate them at times it would be interesting to see them all...what...7 years on? I bet Phil's all fat and bald by now. That'd be hilarious. |

I agree about the intensity thing. and I love the format. That particular DVD is really good, it's just not DIFFERENT.
How come, in all of the DVDs I have done, Tony doesn't tell you to do bench presses while laying on your back on the floor? Or flies? Something like that? They are excellent chest exercises and would definitely mix things up. Not complaining....I love everything Tony has put out. All I'm saying is it would be nice to see something different. They have had years of feedback. I hope Muscle Confusion 2 really steps it up a notch. |

I am interested in P90X One on One (Volume 3), but I have a couple concerns:
First, the price. $20 + shipping doesn't sound like much, but it is over $250 for the year. P90X and Insanity are $120. Though they are filmed well, there are several mistakes and errors that should not be in a $250 box set. Some of the DVDs aren't that great. Some require things (like balance balls, etc) that aren't required in P90X. I don't really like that. I really like to know what I am getting before I buy. I'm still not convinced there will be enough variation in the exercises. The promo looked good, but I'm not totally convinced. Are those who have subscribed to 1:1 been happy with all of the DVDs? I have been ordering single DVDs to add to my collection. I like it that way. |
