I need to come up with a change on some of my routines. I find myself matching the same number of reps from the previous weeks. I went out and bought heavier dumb bells but still need to increase the intensity in other body parts.

So... When doing the Chest and Back routine, for round 2, I will do the advance moves on the Pushups (one leg up)until failure, then go to my knees until failure.

Better yet, I need to start doing the advance moves for everything now in order to be promoted from Arcadian to Spartan.

Just thinking and writing...

I am right there with ya, this first week I saw in increase, but the second I start to plateau with reps/weight, I'm joining ya with the increased intensity. I think it will definately lower the reps and add a few more muscle groups during exercises that we normally dont use them.

Yea - I did that D-Day +1 and up to now. I can tell my biceps are getting a little bigger because of increasing the weights.

What do you guys think of going hardcore in RD 1 then do the reg pushups etc in RD2. For example, Pushups, I said before I would lift leg up in RD 2 to make it harder. What about doing that in RD1 then do Reg pushups in RD 2? I think it could help increase the number of reps eventually.

Yea, I think it would be better. I'll let everyone know if it has increased my number of reps.
