I hear you about the gym but a P90x graduate I can use the dumbbells and barbells and forgo the bench and machines, yes I AM A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL.

as for the intensity level, fear not fellow Arcadian "the turf on which I stand is the turf I claim" so I MUST BRING IT, yes I said it, I'm succumbing to the cliche but eh I'm a graduate, I can do whatever I want.
