Posted this in the Before & After without realizing I finally deserve the Graduate forum .

Finally finished P90X Round 1 a couple days ago . Not the dramatic results I was hoping for but I was doing a more lean approach for the first 60 days. Started Round 2 Monday and I'll be going for bulk this time.






Starting Weight: 215 lbs
Finishing Weight: 207 lbs

Wow good job. You may have not got the results you wanted but anyone on the outside can see alot of improvement.

Good for you!

Going for round two eh? If your looking at bulk make sure you get heavier weights and invest in a weighted jacket if you do pull ups from a pull up bar. You can even do cardio with the jacket, you'll get serious results then.

Yeah, you really trimmed down quite a bit. I can def see the abs starting to poke through. Remember, while we all want to look great nekkid, the real benefit is being in great shape and health. Congrats!

Still working on pull-ups. I'm doing a few unassisted but I think a weighted vest at the moment would kill me. My goal this time is to work on pull-ups.
