Hello all-
I have not posted in a while b/c I have been busy, but I still been bringing it. Still in phase 2, and the arms, back and bicep exercise is killing me! I can do almost all that they do but it is a real but kicker.
I am stil fighting to get the last of this belly fat off of me, I look good everywhere else but there. My huband seems to think that I drink to many diet cokes. Alltough I went from drinking 5-6 Mello Yellows a day to 1-3 Diet MD's a day. I still enough water though. Anyone got any thoughts? I don't think I could quit totally b/c I would seriously DT off caffeine for a week!

I don't think the 1-3 soda is bad especially for the amount of calories you burn on this program the fact still remain that soft drinks harbor one beloved guilty pleasure of many, that is Sugar sugar sugar.

if it's the caffeine you're after try some caffeinated tea.

experiment gradually, by trying for half a day without MD and if you don't feel like killing somebody from the sugar withdraw then try to be soda free for day then a week and so on.

look for some of those Celestial fruity tea, but green tea is best as it promote fat burning.

Thanks for the insight. I know that men and women differ in that area. My husband quit drinkin them and he lost alot of weight, I actually got down to one a day and saw no improvements. Go figure.
I also have heard that when a woman gets pregnant if she is all belly, it stretches those muscles out beyond repair. I don't know that to be a fact. I do know that it is hard as he## to get the belly to go away.
