Stomach Trouble!!! 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0  
Lately since I hit phase 2 and changed my diet slightly I have started to get hungry much quicker than usual(like every 2 hours)and really late at night like 11 and 12 before I go to sleep. Is there a way to keep my stomach tame. I have been eating the right amount of calories. I was wondering if I should eat more?

I have heard that eating fiber will help slow down digestion. I don't recommend eating that late at night. Perhaps a healthy snack after dinner, such as apples & peanut butter (not a lot of P may help. Re-evaluate what you are consuming. If you are getting empty calories, you may just be eating to eat.

Same thing happened to me in Phase 2.

How many meals a day are you eating? You should be eating 5 at least. Evenly spaced.

If you are feeling hungry, eat some vegetables. They are good for you and will make you feel full.

Make sure you're eating enough every day.
