Lately since I hit phase 2 and changed my diet slightly I have started to get hungry much quicker than usual(like every 2 hours)and really late at night like 11 and 12 before I go to sleep. Is there a way to keep my stomach tame. I have been eating the right amount of calories. I was wondering if I should eat more?

I have heard that eating fiber will help slow down digestion. I don't recommend eating that late at night. Perhaps a healthy snack after dinner, such as apples & peanut butter (not a lot of PB) may help. Re-evaluate what you are consuming. If you are getting empty calories, you may just be eating to eat.

Same thing happened to me in Phase 2.

How many meals a day are you eating? You should be eating 5 at least. Evenly spaced.

If you are feeling hungry, eat some vegetables. They are good for you and will make you feel full.

Make sure you're eating enough every day.

I got more hungry, too. Now that I'm in phase 3 I'm even more hungry all the time. One thing that helps around midday is a big salad. It's pretty filling while being low in calories. You can find fat free cheese. You can also find fat free or sugar free dressing, but it's HORRIBLE! Go with light Italian dressing made with olive and soy oils. Those are GOOD fats. The more foods you eat that are low in calories and fat, the more you get to eat!

Congrats. What this means is your metabolism is in overdrive and starting to burn off all your excess fat. Drink a lot of water with your meals. Also you should be eating about every 2-3 hrs anyway so it's not that far off. If you need to start eating slower digesting foods with complex carbs.. Oatmeal, rice, pasta, potato etc. Just watch the calories since they normally have a bit higher calories. Add 10% calories to your meals see if that helps lots of little things.

Just if you want to burn a lot of fat yet. Just focus on drinking water and eating 0 foods.. Like vegetables. If you aren't to tired or worried about losing weight just up your food intake til you are comfortable. You can also just suffer and know that all your hard work is paying off .. Gluck
