I hadn't used Google Docs before although I'm very computer savvy and figured it out. If you click on "Edit this Page" on the bottom right I think it will give you ability to sign up for Google Docs and then when you are in the "View" of the document you can click on "File - Copy Spreadsheet". You can name it something like "Your name P90X". Once you have it in there, then you can play around with it as you will see "Share" and "Publish" on the right which allows you to let other people see it and get the link to send out to people.
Here is my example where I've allowed anyone to view:

You should be able to do this same process on my document so that you get the formula for the Before/After Photos if you like this idea. I didn't fill out hardly anything yet as my workout starts when I get back from vacation.
