I finished the first day of week 3 today so I'm still pretty new to the program, but today at work I noticed something strange. I work on wind turbines which requires me to climb 300ft strait up a ladder, and I found myself unconsciously doing a 10 min abbreviated yoga stretch before I started to climb. My co-worker gave me the "what the hell are you doing" look and I realized that I might be a P90X head. It made me laugh and I thought it would be funny to start a thread about the topic. I'm sure others have had somewhat of a similar experience and I think it would be fun to hear them.
So here it goes for me...
You might be a P90X head if... you think it's normal to do a couple sun salutations in front of a good ol' boy at work.
