Hello all-
I have not posted in a while b/c I have been busy, but I still been bringing it. Still in phase 2, and the arms, back and bicep exercise is killing me! I can do almost all that they do but it is a real but kicker.
I am stil fighting to get the last of this belly fat off of me, I look good everywhere else but there. My huband seems to think that I drink to many diet cokes. Alltough I went from drinking 5-6 Mello Yellows a day to 1-3 Diet MD's a day. I still enough water though. Anyone got any thoughts? I don't think I could quit totally b/c I would seriously DT off caffeine for a week!
