As some of you may know, I'm near the end of my 90 days of P90X. I just finished my last recovery week yesterday and today was my first day back doing Chest and Back. (I'm skipping the last 4 days, which are basically cardio routines.)

In the last 3 or 4 days I really just felt blah. I haven't done a push-up or any type of weight training in 10 days. I am being dead honest with you I felt miserable.

Not only did I feel soft, my shoulder became very sore. Not because of doing Kenpo or Core Syn but because of NOT doing the other workouts (Chest/Back/Arm).

I hit Chest /Back today. When I was done it was pure ecstasy. I compare it to having a cold beer after a hard day of work. That's how good it felt.
So now I will say to you...

Hello.... My name is Kenny... I am a P90X addict.

The reason I'm telling all of you this is I want everyone to feel this way. I want everyone to continue and not give up. This program works and it can be modified to fit your needs. I really think the diet is critical. There is no way you will get the results you want by eating fast food every day. It's not going to happen.

What do you mean you say you are skipping the last 4 days?
Do you mean from the end of the whole thing or do you mean the recovery week you were just on?
I am asking because I am going to have to miss the last 4 days of mine. My day 90 is July 5th, but I am going on vacation July 1st, so I'm going to have to miss my last 4 days.
Are those days really that critical? Or should I double up a few days so I will finish on July 1st?

The last 4 days of my 90 days are Kenpo, Core syn and yoga i think.

I say that because I'm now starting Day 1. Lol.

Oh, i didnt realize you were doing it again. Wow I'm impressed. Why don't you try the P90X Plus?

I don't think I'm ready for plus. I'm going to do 90 more days of X then I will go to plus.

I was reading a review of plus the other day and the word is that it is not as well put together. Tony goes a bit psycho with the extreme thing.

One of the things that I like about the original DVD's is that he is pretty real as are the others on the DVD. Tony is stumbling and running into everyone like I am hitting the couch and tables all around the room. In a word, they are fun!

I am planning on cycling with the originals at least one more cycle when I am done.

I can tell you that there is no learning curve on the plus vids, its balls to the wall from the get go. So far I have only played around with Kenpo Cardio, but I love it, and it goes by quick. I previewed the other ones and they are just as intense. What is good to see is Tony almost unable to keep up with his own stuff, forgetting what rep he's on, keeping quiet and focusing on the moves, etc...For us psycho's they are not gonna be that bad.

Thanks for the preview.. I have seen them for pretty reasonable, like $60, so as my graduation gift to myself, I'll probably pick them up.

Hey Addict - We need to give out a certificate to everyone who completes program.
