Dude Les I hear ya, my body doesn't like to cut either, it just bulks. If I was cut I can tell ya right now that I would look like a kangaroo lol. Big ol' legs and a lean upper body ha ha.

I can see a big difference in your shoulders and chest wshngtn214. And is that confidence I'm seeing on your skin?? Look like someone is walking around outside with out a shirt got a light tan going from what I can see.

Thanks guys. Hah..I wouldn't be caught dead without a shirt on right now. The difference is probably the hair...I'll admit I did a little man-scaping on day 1 so I could no longer hide the man-boobs under the hair. Sad but true.

Hey man..give me a break on those Skins...I've had to suffer a LONG time with them ...you at least had a good run and SB appearence recently. I just continue to sit and wait (and throw things at the tv)

I know one thing, I knew I wanted to do P90X and get back in shape but once I saw my OWN picture....there was no question about doing it. You can see yourself in the mirror but a picture just really makes you see what you look like and that's all it took.

So if your wondering about getting back in shape or doing P90X, take a picture of yourself, you'll be wanting to get in on the action.

OK, 30 days. The pictures do not do the improvements justice. Definitely noticeable slimming in the waist area, and my arms are definitely gaining definition. I have been doing more the 12-15 rep program as I am looking for more definition than bulk.

Also, I am starting to get some cuts on the side of the abs. Not much peeking through on the tops yet. But I imagine that they may say hello soon for the first time EVER!

About 8# of weight loss and 5% fat loss (started at 207, so a couple # of muscle as well added!!)

But the most important part, I feel like a million bucks!! I have energy to burn, I feel like I can do almost anything physically at this point. That is why I am here. Looking better, total bonus!!!

I will post some more pics in the gallery. I may retake them, because a couple of the poses came out kind of fruity.

I officially started last night. I had tried to start 2 weeks ago,but by the end of the week,I decided I had been so sore that I hadn't really gave a 100+ % on everything. So I took last week off and just toyed with cardio x and went thru the dvd's trying out diffrent exercises.
It worked. I did chest and back and ab-x last night,and while i'm a little sore this morning,I can tell I made the right move in giving myself time to loosen up better.
I will be posting pics here,but not for 30 days.
I gotta tell you folks one thing,I've been researching p90x for several months now and I'm glad I stumbled across this site the other day. It's the easiest to navigate,and easily the most informative.

Allright crazies, I know there are a few of you out there, dredding taking that shirt off and taking photos, but you owe it to yourselves to get those Day 1 photos taken and getting them onto this board...Trust me, that is the last thing any of us want to do, but once you put yourself out there, it's done, you will never look like that again. Use it as your fuel to drive yourself right to Sparta.

Been reading the forum for a couple weeks. I went ahead and dove into the P90X without any researching. Loving it. Not following the diet, but eating better was a good start. Here's a couple day 1 photos and a couple day 29 shots. Ok, well it's the night before, hence still in my drawers. HA. (And I guess I posed before and after a shower? Not sure what's up with the change in shorts.) Impressive seeing everyone else's results! Gonna stick with this program until the dvd's don't play anymore.
