Looks like the X to me... I doubt you can get much better than teh X out of teh box. You can go to P90X+ and kick it up in teh intensity department, but come on.. The X is pretty much an 11 already..

P90X is hard as it should be. If it wasn't hard you will not see any results. I remember back in high school my football coach would say "no pain no gain". Doesn't that make sense? Believe me, after doing the routines day in and day out it gets easier and you get more excited in doing it. I'm at the point where I don't get the soreness anymore "pain". I'm really bummed about it because I feel adjusted to the routines. Its time to move on to P90X +.
