Mainly because of time management this week, so should i repeat or jus move on? Personally I enjoyed it lol since no work out but then again i don't want to be horrible coming into the last phase

Depends, if you are going to go for another round you can skip it! But if you are not going to, it's nice to tell your body your going to slow down a little bit. If not, it might still be waiting for a workout and reserve nutrients for when you workout. And that would be bad cause if you stop, it will still store it. But in the form of fat.

It's all on you. If you do not do the recovery then you need to start pretty soon.
But being as it's been a couple of days now. Your body is getting adjusted to slowing down now. If you have not noticed anything really changing, then I would not worry about it.
