I got my P90X package on Friday. As suggested, rather than ripping it open and diving into the first workout, I slowly and carefully read everything, went and purchased my heart monitor and some other goodies (the results are going to be worth the up front $$$$ - I just know it! ), took my fitness test, and have planned a start date of 12/1/2008. Well it's a nice clean start after Thanksgiving, a Monday, and the first of the month? Hooray! Easy decision. A thought though. I read on here that some people are putting their DVDs on their iPods? THAT would be fantastic. I may have to travel a couple of days in December, and if I could find a way to help stay on course without writing everything down - also, I think personally I will be more successful with the video in front of me - then that would be IDEAL. I've searched and searched the forums, though, and cannot find any "how to" steps to make that conversion from DVDs to iPod files. Anyone want to help someone chomping at the bit? I'm getting so fired up reading about everyone's successes. I can't wait to get going. I just know that I will have a better, smoother start if I can do it after I get home from travelling for Thanksgiving.

ANY help is super appreciated.

Thanks much!

I bought DVDFab5 a few months ago. It can rip DVDs to iPods, iPhones, and other mobile devices. Be ready- it's a long process.

I've used Handbrake to rip my DVD's to my iPod. Directions are here: www.methodshop.com/gadgets/tutorials/handbrake/index.shtml
