P90X Classic Routine Excel Spread Sheet 2 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 5
Here is a Excel spread sheet for the P90X Classic Workout schedule.
Just enter the date for day 1 and Excel will calculate the rest of the 90 days! You can also track your progress for each workout.

Enjoy!

That spreadsheet is really useful to track your p90x program. I encourage all p90x users to try it out. If you do not have excel I think you can import it into something free like Google Documents. P90x program is really becoming popular and we will continue to post more and more p90x information as we find it, good job Kenny!

Kenny ,

Just downloaded your spreadsheet. Very nice , impressive.

I really think this will be very useful to alot of the users of the p90X program.

I just joined the forum because you have a forum for p90X . I started P90X 11 days ago .

Keep up the good work and look forward to the additional 2 phases of the spread sheet if you find the time.

Hrm. Did not realize we were missing 2 more parts. I will talk to Kenny and see if we can get that posted up.

If anyone else does it before us, please let us know and we can add to original sticky post.

My Apologies ;

It now does look complete to me. When I opened in Excel the Chest and Back and other exercises were hiding.

It does list all the exercices for all 3 phases.

Question about the sheet. Is there a recommended way to account for a missed day? As much as I would like to go 90 days straight, life comes at us fast.

Thanks, awesome spreadsheet!!

P90X Excel trackers
Re:P90X Classic Routine Excel Spread Sheet 1 Year, 12 Months ago Karma: -2
Other products do have that feature. Since I've been told not to refer people to my web site on the forum, I can only suggest that you google P90Xcel.

Well, not to sound like a smart @$$,but they asked you not to reference your website here, and yet you go out of your way to get your info out there ie..adding your website to the bottom of your page...slick. Most people here are looking for help, not looking for something else to buy. I do the P90X program sans spreadsheets and I think I get along just fine. You are more than welcome to post info about the program, but I think you overstepped the boundaries after they asked you not too, and are still trying to sell your program.
If this comes across a little harsh, I apologize, but it sounds just like any gym's philosophy of "you need a personal trainer, and this and that if your going to have any success here".

P90X Excel trackers
Re:P90X Classic Routine Excel Spread Sheet 1 Year, 12 Months ago Karma: -2
It's interesting that because I happen to have a product everything I say or contribute has to be with the goal of selling something? It's not.
I originally created the spreadsheet for myself while doing P90X. I've done 2 rounds so I think I can answer questions and contribute. Two posters asked about skipping a day and support for Lean. I know a product that has these features so I mention it. Doing that actually doesn't sell anything, it simply gives people information so they can chose for themselves.
As for the web site address in the signature, it's not a way to get around rules. They actually invite you to enter a web site address in your profile.

Hey There workoutsoft,

We certainly don't mind people who contribute to the forums to get their plugs in, its just almost every post of the 5 you have done in total are plugs.

We would love to have you contribute to the users on all kinds of stuff and if you give great advice, motivation, etc they will naturally check out your signature in time.

Thumbs up to whoever created the original. I thought it was a guy namd Damon, but if anyone knows the original author then let me know and I will give them credit.

I have imported it into google docs, fixed some formatting difference, and added some useful stuff related to diet, figuring out body fat %, and % gains. Google docs makes it nice because you can track not only your workout progress but other peoples as well. You can access from home, work, etc, and can also can chat with others through the interface.

I make it available to anyone who wants it, free of course.

Really nice Srhamy!!! I wanted to share a thought that I had as several friends of mine liked the idea. You can add a hyperlink to Google Photos (picasaweb) or any other place that you store your images on the web to this file by doing something like this in a field:

= hyperlink("link goes here";"Before/After Photos"

That link should probably go to your P90X Album and then you can separate them out as Day1/30/60/90. Now you have everything in a central location.

Great website!
