allrighty then - Here is my pic side by side from Day 0 until last week. I've seemed to have converted some blob into muscles but I didn't lose a lot of weight - As I stated before, I was not following the diet regiment very well. However, 6 days prior the last photo I started to follow my diet extremely well cutting my calories by at least half. I expect to see significant changes within the next 60 days. That's right, 60 and not 30 days.  |

Hey Kenny,
I don't know about you, but Im feeling kind of selfconcious being the only two on the board right now, exposing ourselves to the 300 + hits and no comments to show for it. Maybe thats a good thing, maybe not. What I do know is that fat guy will never come back to my house again. So for those of you reading this and not posting at least your before photos, get em on the board, it's a great way to keep youself honest and motivated to keep pushin play.

Some great results so far. I feel like I should START P90x. Kenny and I run this site. But I am just doing a simpler program and feel so inadequate now compare to you all. You can see my blogging over in my personal weight loss blog on this site.

I'll take some pictures and think about posting them
I will if I see some changes.
I must say i have not seen much for improvement, that's mainly due to the fact that I was heavily lifting (to my standard) four months prior to starting P90X and I barely saw a striking result i.e. big arms, flat stomach, toned calves, defined triceps (ok that's my wish list)I think it just my physics.
Now why is that?
I should get more strict on the diet.

OK, here goes nothing!!! These are from tonight (March 12 , 08) so about 12 days into the program. The good news.. the bar is pretty low! The bad news.. The bar is pretty low!

 ABOVE -- DAY BEFORE P90X
BELOW -- DAY 60
WEIGHT START: 225 CURRENT: 202 and still counting. Starting to see plateau with weight loss and figured it would happen as I gained muscle. Biggest changes so far are noticed in strength and endurance. Can't wait to see what Day 90/120/360 are gonna look like. |
