Can you list what days these are, and if you can put them side by side, it really shows thie differences alot more. Congratulations on your transformation. Where are you in the program? finsihed 90 days? Starting over? etc...We are all interested to know.

Thanks! These shots are from the night before I began the program and the two shots in the black shorts are after my first day of Chest, Shoulders and Triceps (day 29). This is my first stab at it for the wife and I. Going well so far. Sorry guys, she won't let me post her pictures. Still working on the convincing. HA

Some one tell me where the 25 pounds I lost came from... cause I can't seem to find it... left picture I weight 220lbs and on the right 195lbs even.

Looks like you lost a bit around the neck/face. Belly is a bit flatter. Does not look like 25#, but everyone carries it differently. Did you get a body fat% reading before and after? That usually tells a more honest story..

Days 1 and then 27. And no I didn't get a body fat thingy done. I'm just shooting for as close as I can get to Zero. So we will see.

Hey TiamatFix,
I can tell your chest is more developed from the side profile picture and your stomach seems to be smaller.
I can tell you this, most of my changes didn't occur until mid phase II. I believe phase I is mainly for you to get adjusted to the work outs. That is why in phase II it's so important to really "bring it" and give it your all.

You can definitely see a change! You just look thinner everywhere, you must be one of those lucky people who add/loose weight evenly, rather than all in your stomach/butt/etc… Because it’s like you’ve slimmed down everywhere!! Keep it up and you will be posting 60 day pictures soon!

Hey thanks Kenny I didn't even notice the growth in my chest lol. Not gunna lie guys.. I kinda do miss my man boobs... I can't tease the girls at work about how my boobs are bigger.... *tear* Ohh well, like takes sacrifice I guess.

Ok - Here is my 90 day photo. I began at 225 lb and now i'm around 207 - I started at size 38 waist to a 34 loose. I feel absolutely wonderful.
I probably ate at least 10 dozen egg whites, endless supply of hummus and lots of whole wheat rice.
I can't wait until day 180! |
