What are some other mental mindsets you use to give it your all in a workout? Is the thought of it being the last fight what drives you through every intense and uncomfortable workout?

Even if I don't feel hungry, but ate something low carb and low fat, like a chicken breast and some green beans, is my body still burning fat, even right after the meal?

First of all I want to say everyone is having great results. Seeing all these successful pictures makes me so excited to try this out. I have never really been very over weight Im 5'9 and used to stay between 145 and 150 but in the past year ive gone up to like 165 and its not so much weight its just all my muscle I used to have from doing ballet has converted back to fat . As soon as I get paid I think Im going to order p90x because I am so excited to start it. My boyfriend makes fun of me cause I will see the infomercial and just sit there and watch it, it makes me excited! Like I said my bodys just kinda blah right now and we are probably moving to hawaii next year so I really need to get in shape. Thank you to everyone who posted pictures, it really motivates me to give it all I can. I will post pictures as soon as I can but I still need to order it lol.

This may sound really sad, but I still tune into a few minutes of the Infomercial when I see it on ... and I am on Week 4 of the program already!

I just find their stories very inspirational, even if my results never quite measure up to theirs ... my goal is to get close!

Tried to upload pic, but it didn't work, not positive how to do it...

Day 90 was taken on Sept 4th/09 will take another on Oct 4th...still working out.

Lost 29 lbs total.

Will post side and back pics soon.

Wow! those are great results, i am on day 9 and this is my second attempt. i am so determinded to finish and your results make me want to do it even more.
