Started Round #2 on Super Bowl Sunday, 2/7/10.

I will be doing Classic. No switching around this time. I am glad I finished my first cycle off with Lean. I needed that cardo.

Looking forward to the Classic workouts.

Diet is going well. Still going with low carbs. Feel good & energy level during workouts is good. I have cut back on the shakes & recovery drinks.

Overall energy level throughtout the day is off the charts!

I think trying to keep things simple, drink plenty of water, don't stress out over your workouts. You will get amazing results. You have got to stick with it.

Keep getting up off of the floor!

Round 2 Week 1 in the books.

Classic is alot more enjoyable this time around. Switching over to Lean & getting the Cardo built up really helped!

I even did some extra Cardo. & Core in the evenings to burn some extra calories.

I am using the workout schedule @ Beachbody.com this time. I only put in three days of workouts. Much less overload if something comes up @ work, illness, family emerg. etc. It allows me to just foucus on getting those (3) workouts in. I make a mini goal out of it. Then load the next (3) workouts into the calender. it is very easy & tracks your progress. The price is right (FREE). Makes the week go much faster & less stressful.

Still hitting low carbs. Have the groc. list down to a science. Had a recovery drink today after Chest & Back. trying to watch how many recovery drinks & shakes I take in.

Get everything out of you mind and just do the friggen workout! You'll be glad you did.

I really try not to miss workouts. The make up is a killer. Plus, I worry about it, until I get it done & logged in.

I got up this morning at 3:00 a.m. Compeleted ABRX & YogaX. Worked all day. Came home and did Legs&Back.

Not to confuse, I do my ABRX on non lifting days, usually first thing in the morning.

My hands were shaking so bad afterwards, I could barely get my recovery drink mixed up.

Memo to self. Try harder not to miss workouts!

Keep getting up off the floor with a smile. That one is done, nice!

Interesting article here. Check out the video too. Sounds alot like P90X. Confirms my belief that what we are all doing is the correct way to better fitness.

Round 2 is going well. Family Reunion in July will be fun. Last time I was with my family I was in the 290 lbs. area. That has really changed.

Any one struggling with diet. I suggest "Michi's Ladder". I keep a copy on the fridge & one in my vehicle. Use Tier 1 & Tier 2 Foods. You cannot mess it up. Plenty of good food ideas. I like simple.

If you listen to ESPN Radio, many of the talking heads are starting P90X. It really is one large commercial, but interesting to see how these guys progess.

Stay focused and keep getting up off of the floor. Have confidence in the program & do the best you can!
