need help. Can P90x help me?

I,m 19 and have lost alot of weight in the past from wrestling for my high school. but wrestling isnt toning my chest or abs.
What can the P90X do for me in these areas?


Yes - P90X will build mass and muscle for you - By the first 30 days, you will notice a change in your chest due to doing tons of push ups. I also highly recommend buying the dip bars for the full range in motion. As for your abs, just like what Tony H. said, you will love and hate the ab routine, it will kick your butt.
