The diet is MOST important with this program. If you follow it, you will have good results. The diet is also there to fuel your workouts. Good job on summing all this up!

I just accomplished week one. I am 5'4 with a start weight of 159.5 I have an athletic build but being short makes it very easy to turn from "fab" to "flab". Today is day 7 and I'm choosing REST. P90 kicked my royal shanaynay, but it rocks and I love it. I can't wait to get to day 8.

Currently I've lost 5 lbs and have been eating clean. Sticking to the nutrition guide, but also substituting my own recipes when applicable. Eat eat eat, but clean clean clean is the ticket. Every 2 hours mixing a complex carb with a protein.

I am sore as all get out, feel like I've already lost inches, and the scale knocked of 5 lbs...does this sound good for week 1? I must say a few routines, I was overwhelmed, as I was out of my "norm" from the typical gym maneuvers. I need some reassuring feedback if anyone has a minute..

Kenny,
I'm NOT a big fan of white meat anything...Dry DRY DRRYYYYYY! However, I was given the "big" george forman for christmas last year and you can throw an ol chicken booby on there with healthy seasonings and the sucker is as juicy as a ball park frank! TRY IT YOU"LL LOVE IT! Then you can cook up 3 or 4 at a time...dice em, slice em or eat em whole. Freeze what you don't need (unless chicken is all you eat for the week) and thaw them out as needed. TRUST me, I thought when I opened the gift "ahhh, something else to "store".....I've gotten my $'s worth already! It does fish and pork well also!
