Me and my bf started P90x on december and we were doing very well.
It is a very hard program but we were doing our own progress each week.
Now the weather here started changing and not only eating salads with this cold weather was so hard, but also having the time to excersise.
We suspended it for almost 10 days now. What should we do? Start from the Beginnin? Or continue where we left? I am still following the main idea from the diet, except for salads I replace them for warm soups.

Start where you left off letting go, Breathe, Listen to your body. Watch the burn move around while you exercise. Then decide if you can continue where you left off or does the body say start over? And if you insist upon warm soup instead of salad; how about vegetable soup?
