Hi there people, if someone who is very skinny doing this program very skinny is it recomended to bulk up ?

If you mean, do you need to bulk up before you start? No, this program will make you bulk up. From your age it sounds like you might have a little trouble making sure you diet is right if your not buys all your own food. But your very young still and you said you where skinny so I say forget about the diet part of it right now. Your still growing, even if it may not be up. Just make sure your eating plenty of proteins, lots and lots! Eat cottage cheese, beans, meats(perferably chicken), and some kinda of protein suppliment.

Sounds to me like your getting ready for a sport or your just tired of being the skinny kid at school. But seriously if you've never done any weight lifting on a regular basis or haven't done any team sports I'll have to agree with Iskarp on the doctor thing. Cause seriously if you injure something serious like a rotator cuff or your knee it won't only hurt now but you will pay for it as you get older. Best of luck!!
